Each 75-minute class may combine gentle restorative yoga, guided Yoga Nidra, aromatherapy, soothing sound, and Reiki to create a peaceful and deeply restorative experience.

This series offers an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and simply pause, breathe, receive, and rest.
