Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage is similar to Swedish massage and can help relieve pain and discomfort associated with pregnancy, decrease feelings of anxiety/depression, and improve labor outcomes and newborn health.

Cranial sacral therapy massage is a gentle, non-invasive form of bodywork that focuses on the craniosacral system, which includes the bones, membranes, and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.
